Cleveland Heights Legends Are Heading to the 'Ship
The Philadelphia Eagles defeat the Minnesota Vikings 38-7 in the NFC Championship for their ticket to Super Bowl LII. The Eagles will meet the New England Patriots, who defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-20, for their chance to defend their title.
Although this is a rematch of the 2005 Super Bowl, where TB 12 walked away with a ring, the underlying story for the big game on our end are the former Cleveland Heights Tigers that will be strapping up.
7-year veteran Center, Jason Kelce, and Rookie Wide Receiver, Shelton Gibson will both be suiting up in the green & white for the biggest game of both of their careers.
It's legendary having two people representing the same city, playing for the same team, in the biggest game in all of sports. Homebred Legends, they are, but the job isn't finished to be immortalized in the NFL history books until the Champs are dethroned.
Watch Kelce & Gibson play to bring one home for the Heights on Sunday, February 4th on NBC.
